Yuki Ogura Gallery of the Reader Collection of Japanese Flower-and-Bird Art

Yuki was both a painter and printmaker. Her printed art included more than twenty lithographs and woodblock prints of flowers. Twenty-one examples are shown in this gallery. Click on a picture to enalrge it. Yuki drew her flower subjects accurately as did most Japanese artists who were trained in the early 1900s.
